PRODUCTION

WILDEHOUSE garments are designed, cut, printed and handmade to order within our UK studio so we do need a little bit of time to produce your item to our standards.

We endeavor to dispatch goods as soon as they are produced, which will usually be within 7 - 10 WOKRING days of your order but there are times when things can get a little crazy, ie. the run up to Christmas or just after a launch. We will do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible but please allow up to two weeks for your WILDEHOUSE garment to be produced and dispatched at these busy times.

DELIVERY

We will deliver far and wide to spread the WILDEHOUSE love...

UK postage is Ist class signed for via Royal Mail and should be made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason we ask for an email and contact number.

Upon order fulfillment you will receive an email complete with tracking reference to enable you to track your order.

Please note that all shipping costs on orders are dependent on weight and the prices are based on postage of a single item, therefore for multiple orders prices may vary.

Outside of the United Kingdom, we reserve the right to change carriers to ensure postage costs are kept to a minimum for our customers.

Delivery times and delays occurring after dispatch are the responsibility of the carrier. We cannot be held liable for delays due to adverse weather conditions or transport difficulties once they have left our studio, however we can help track and make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.

Sometimes the post is a nightmare so if you haven’t received your item within the above time frame, please check behind your neighboURS bin ( usually where I find my post!! ),get in touch or use your tracking number to see where it is

STANDARD UK DELIVERY
Royal Mail 1st class signed for - £5.55 ( approximately insured up to £50 )

EUROPEAN DELIVERY
Estimated times of delivery from dispatch - approximately 3 - 8 days depending on the destination country. A more definitive delivery price and time will be given at time of order depending on where the items are being shipped to.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Estimated times of delivery from dispatch - upwards of 4 days depending on the destination country. A more definitive delivery price + time will be given at time of order depending on where the items are being shipped to.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All prices listed on our site are in GBP, and charged in GBP. the bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.

POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at WILDEHOUSE you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fess and the cost of return shipping back to WILDEHOUSE.

Where items are faulty, cost of return postage will be reimbursed and you will not be charged the delivery costs for a replacement item.
